If you asked anyone if they want to be rich, the answer would be an unequivocal yes. The only problem with that answer for most people is that they don’t want to do what is necessary to become rich.

Like anything else, it takes work to get rich. Dave Ramsey says, “Live today like no one else, so later you can live like no one else.”

There will be sacrifices that you will need to make along the way.

A lot of folks in society today want everything handed to them. So they don’t have to work for anything.

With that mindset, it is no wonder that most of the population is poor and will never be rich.

Here are three strategies you can implement to ensure that you stay poor and will never be rich.

Go in debt for everything.

Most people do not have the discipline or self-control to wait for anything. Instead, they see the latest vehicle; and have to have it. They want the latest iPhone or computer.

They have to have that new boat because the neighbor just bought one.

What happened to saving your money for that purchase instead of going into debt?

Companies today are seductively good at getting folks to think that financing everything is the way to go.
