Since 2015 this new word and concept called self-care has been around helping people cope with the stresses and frustrations of every day life.

Let’s get a couple things straight about self-care. It used to be that if you engaged in any kind of self-care, or put taking care of yourself before anyone else, you were thought as a selfish person. Someone that was always thinking of themselves before other people.
